We are now looking for a colleague to join our close-knit team in Alingsås who wants to help create security and joy in another person's everyday life.

The position is as a substitute as needed, which means working extra when regular staff need to be off or are sick. It is therefore important that you are flexible and can step in at short notice.

You will become an important part of the life of a wonderful guy in his 40s who, thanks to your support, can live an independent and meaningful life. He is fully communicative and expresses what he wants and needs help with.

About the assignment

You will be part of a positive and supportive team but will work alone during your shifts. The working hours are day shifts (09:00–09:00) Monday to Sunday. Your tasks will vary between household chores, personal hygiene, accompanying the client at work, and various leisure activities.

The client has high integrity, is social and pleasant, with interests such as music, movies/series, books, and video games – and he appreciates both laughter and conversation, as well as calm and quiet moments when it is time for rest and recovery.

Since security and communication are crucial, it is a requirement that you speak and understand Swedish fluently and can take instructions without the risk of misunderstanding.

We place great importance on personal chemistry and the client's wishes during recruitment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, stable, and responsible, with the ability to follow directives and take initiative when needed
• Is attentive and can read situations, and enjoys working in a calm and harmonious environment
• Speaks and understands Swedish fluently
• Is flexible and can work at short notice

Since the team currently consists mostly of women, we would like to see more male colleagues, preferably aged 30–50, to create balance in the team.
