As a substitute with us, you have the opportunity for a fun, exciting, and flexible job.

As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually tailored support to individuals with disabilities, aiming to promote their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, focusing on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you will work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal responses to create security and predictability in users' everyday lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the resources and budget of the operations.

• Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills, experience in documentation.

• Experience in care and support work.

• High school education such as child and leisure program, care and support program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal responses.

• Worked with complex support needs.

Employment form: Hourly employment with the possibility of substitutesWorking hours: days, evenings, and weekends, nights may occur.
