We are now looking for a female assistant for a 7-year-old girl with multiple functional variations. This little charmer deserves the best care and is already surrounded by responsible and dedicated assistants she enjoys being with. We now need reinforcement with double assistance both during the day, evenings, and weekends. We are looking for two assistants to start immediately after completing a recruitment process.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children with special needs, who takes the job seriously, is responsible, and meticulous. The positions are scheduled up to 90%, with room for more beyond the schedule.

If you have knowledge in healthcare, it is valuable, but not the most important as you will be working as a double assistant and will learn the profession with a trained assistant on site.

If you enjoy activities suitable for a 7-year-old and perhaps have your own ideas for alternative activities, that is a plus.

You should be punctual, present, and flexible to take extra shifts in case of illness. You should also have the self-awareness not to take up too much space in your role as it is located in the girl's home, and the rest of the family with younger siblings should be able to live their lives as normally as possible.

The girl attends school on certain days of the week, and you will be with her there as well, and it may be necessary to drive the family's car there, so a driver's license is required.

The workplace is on the outskirts of Kungälv towards Gothenburg, with nature as a neighbor.
