At 7H Personal Assistance, we are looking for summer substitutes who want to work as personal assistants for several different care recipients with varying needs. The job involves supporting people in their daily lives based on their individual circumstances.

As a personal assistant, the tasks may vary depending on whom you are working with. This can involve providing support at home, accompanying on activities, assisting with personal care, or being a comforting presence during the day or night. We offer shifts during day, evening, night, and around the clock.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you need to have a genuine interest in people and the ability to understand others' needs and situations. We prefer that you have experience in care, assistance, or work as a personal assistant, but it is not a requirement.

It is important that you are reliable, flexible, and can easily adapt to different situations. Our care recipients appreciate assistants who are attentive, engaged, and can contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life.

Since the tasks and needs vary among different care recipients, we see it as an advantage if you are open, curious, and willing to learn new things. Having a driver's license is a plus, as some of our care recipients require it.
