Personal Assistant Needed for a 33-Year-Old in Stenungsund for 24-Hour Shifts

The young man lives in his own apartment in central Stenungsund.

During the day, he attends a daily activity program with his assistants, and in his free time, he enjoys hanging out in his apartment, socializing with friends, bowling, visiting Liseberg, swimming in heated pools, playing games, listening to music, and much more.

His disabilities mean that he needs assistance with everything from mobility, meal situations, daily planning, and activities.

Since he does not communicate verbally, it is important that you speak and understand Swedish well, as you will be the one interpreting for him to his surroundings.

You should have previous experience with disabilities, be social, responsible, and able to take the initiative for activities.

You must also be a competent swimmer, as you will accompany him during swimming training.

A driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle is required.

The position starts as a temporary part-time employment with daytime training, so you can get to know each other. If you get along well, the position may transition to a fixed-term employment as long as the assistance assignment lasts, with a workload of 60% on 24-hour shifts.
