Assistant Needed for Alma

We are currently looking for an assistant to strengthen our team for our client Alma, who is an adventurous and cheerful girl. Alma requires assistance around the clock, and we are looking for someone who can work every other weekend during the night and can step in as a substitute when needed.

Alma lives with her parents in a villa in Skultorp. Routines are important for Alma – they provide security and structure in her daily life, which is already filled with various activities and interests. Tennis, horse racing, horses, and bowling, to name a few. A bike ride or a walk in the woods is also appreciated.

Alma's assistants need to be confident, attentive, and engaged. We believe that the best fit for Alma is individuals who are stable, reliable, and have a good sense of humor and the ability to see the positive side of things. Support is needed in hygiene, cooking, and activities, as well as supervision and assistance with epilepsy.

We prefer female applicants since the job involves practical help with certain intimate tasks. Like many other young adults, Alma's daily life includes a mix of everyday necessities and the things that add joy to life.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

For this position, we are specifically looking for women. We would like you to have relevant experience/education, but most importantly, we are looking for the right person. It must match primarily with the client and the family. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and your own car.

You will receive the necessary on-site training, and we would like all our assistants to participate in our training programs. It is of great importance for our client and for us at FMF Assistans that the assistants working with us are confident, caring, and positive. Desirable Experiences

• Swedish spoken and written is a requirement.
• Experience in similar work.
• Experience with epilepsy.
• Driver's license (B), access to your own car.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Part-time position approximately 15 hours every other weekend.
• Shifts are scheduled for awake nights.
• Opportunity for extra shifts during illness and vacation.
