Framnäsgatan is an LSS residence located in Johanneberg, Gothenburg. The residents are adults belonging to group 1. Here, individuals live in their own apartments but have access to a common base. We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which we prepare in the base.

As a care assistant, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable everyday life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work purposefully based on the assignment plan, maintaining a professional and salutogenic approach while working within the resources and budget of the organization.

Our work is tailored to each individual's conditions and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in utilizing their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our approach involves a low-arousal response and clarifying pedagogy.

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.

• Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group.

• High school education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal response.
