About the Job

We are now looking for engaged activity leaders for the movement area Summer Move in the Ågård area.

As an activity leader, you will work to promote movement.

Focusing on the joy of movement and understanding movement to increase how people move in their daily lives is a step towards improving health for everyone, regardless of age. In the activity area, people can meet and move together across generations.

Responsibilities

The assignment primarily involves working in the activity area where you, together with fantastic colleagues, will create conditions for more physical activity.

In this position, you will mentor summer workers and support them in their daily tasks.

Working hours are scheduled for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a leisure leader education or other education deemed suitable by the employer.

In the role of activity leader/mentor, it is required that you:

• are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your approach and have the interest, will, and ability to help others.
• are confident in your values and ethical stances and can convey this to different ages.
• enjoy working in a team, listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• are flexible and can quickly change perspectives and approaches.
• create a safe and positive environment for all visitors.

We place great emphasis on engagement and personal qualities.

A driver's license (B) is required.

Conditions

The position is temporary, from May to September. Start date by agreement.

Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend.
