Preschool Teachers Needed in Öjersjö

Do you want to work in a preschool environment where nature, creativity, and children's curiosity are at the center? We are now looking for seven qualified preschool teachers for temporary positions during the spring at our preschools in Öjersjö – Hultets Preschool, Öjersjö Brunns Preschool, and Hyggesvägens Preschool (Furulund).

With us, you will become an important part of an engaged team that works every day to create safe, joyful, and educational days for the children.

Your Mission

As a preschool teacher with us, you will work together with colleagues to plan and implement education and teaching based on the children's interests, needs, and the preschool curriculum.

You will either be assigned to a specific department, a spring preschool department, or work as a floater across several departments within the same preschool.

You will meet the children in an environment characterized by:

• play, exploration, and curiosity
• music, movement, and creativity
• outdoor education and nature experiences

We actively work to ensure that every child is seen, acknowledged, and noticed every day – in an environment that is safe, fun, and developmental.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has a preschool teacher education
• has experience working in preschool, preferably in a regular team
• has participated in planning and implementing educational activities
• has knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) (meritorious)
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

As a person, you are secure in your professional role, have a responsive and respectful demeanor, and the ability to build trusting relationships with both children and guardians. You contribute to a calm, inclusive, and developmental climate in the group of children.
