About Me

I am a 35-year-old woman living in my own apartment near Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen. I have a great interest in video games, music, movies, cooking, baking, and traveling. I have a muscle disease and an NPF diagnosis, which means I need support in my daily life, both at home and with some personal care, such as hygiene.

My daily life is based on routines and activities that create security and structure - something that is very important to me. I train regularly at home and swim 1-2 times a week, so you need to be able to help me both with preparations and during the actual training in the pool.

Who am I looking for?

I am looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, positive, and social, with the ability to read both me and situations. I need a lot of motivation and hope that we can become a good team where you see your assignment as more than just a job - while respecting my privacy.

It is important that you have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and understood. You also need to respect that your workplace is my home and work within my frameworks. Keeping things tidy and neat around me is important, and I need your support here.

Previous experience as a personal assistant and working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a merit, but personal suitability is the most important.

About the position:

I am looking for 3 assistants who together share just over 80 hours per week and form a close-knit team. The idea is that one of you works a bit more and has a coordinating role as a team leader.

• Scope: Part-time, about 50-80%. Please indicate your desired employment rate in your application.
• Working hours: Daytime, 10:30 AM - 10:00 PM, both weekdays and weekends. I would like you to be able to work full days.
• Flexibility: It is important that you in the team can cover for each other in case of illness or when my plans change.
• Employment type: Hourly employment that transitions to fixed-term employment
• Salary: Hourly wage by agreement
• Start date: As soon as possible
