Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a good ability to create safe and trusting relationships. Therefore, we are looking for a responsible person who takes their work seriously and finds it easy to collaborate. It is important to be able to work in a structured manner and follow established routines, especially hygiene routines. Additionally, we hope you are a cheerful and positive person who contributes to a pleasant work environment.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a woman in her 25s living in Länsmansgården

• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is also meritorious if you:

• have previous experience in care and support

• have experience with epilepsy

• have experience with track

• have experience with alternative communication

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

We are looking for a personal assistant, where the current employment form is "as long as the assistance assignment lasts", with an employment rate of about 75%. The work is scheduled for evenings and nights, both on weekdays and weekends, and is performed with double assistance around the clock.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

1/3 or according to agreement.
