We are now looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a young man in his 30s with cerebral palsy, who uses a wheelchair. This position is suitable for you who have a genuine interest in people and want to work in an environment where safety, collaboration, and care are at the center.

About the assignment

As a personal assistant, you will help create the conditions for a safe, active, and meaningful everyday life. The client needs support in their daily living, and you will always work alongside a colleague – double staffing applies at all waking hours.

The client has daily activities from Monday to Friday, and you will accompany them to work. The assignment also includes participating in bathing a couple of times a week, which is an important and appreciated part of the daily routine.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, and professional, and who enjoys working closely with both the client and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Documented experience in care and support
• Experience or comfort in managing epilepsy seizures, stoma, and tube feeding
• Good teamwork skills
• Ability to work systematically and follow routines
• Ability to participate in pool rehabilitation with the client
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and understood

Employment conditions

• Scope: approx. 50% (as long as the assignment lasts)
• Working hours: Day and evening shifts, Monday–Sunday
• Staffing: Always double staffing during waking hours
• Start: By agreement
