Personal Assistant Needed for Active Young Man with Autism

Our client is looking for a new assistant!
The client is a cheerful young man who is active and enjoys doing things. He attends a daily activity program during the week, where he does not have his personal assistant with him. He enjoys music, baking, and cooking with his assistant. He loves to ride the bus and tram, and swims once a week (it is not expected that you will accompany him to the swimming pool at the beginning). He has a mental disability, which includes Autism. This means that as an assistant, you need to work with clear pedagogical methods and follow an implementation plan that describes in detail how the assistants should work. Visual aids and signs are also used for support.
Qualifications/requirements for the assistant:
We are now looking for an assistant who has experience working with individuals with mental disabilities such as Autism. Preferably someone who enjoys being outdoors and being active, and who has also worked with clear pedagogical methods. Experience in personal assistance is a plus, but not a must; personal suitability is more important. Experience with autism and working with visual support is highly desirable.
About the position:
We are looking for a part-time personal assistant for a man in Angered. The working hours may vary somewhat, but weekday shifts are usually scheduled from 15:40 to 08:20 and weekend shifts from 12:00 to 12:00.
The work primarily involves evening and night shifts with some waiting time. In the morning, the client takes a transport service to his daily activity program. During weekends, the shifts are usually around the clock.
We would like you to be flexible and able to work extra when needed. Experience with autism is desirable, and personal suitability is highly valued.
Note! Applications with video recordings will be prioritized.
