As a preschool teacher at Byttorpsgården, you are an important leader in children's education. Your responsibilities include:

• leading your group of children with security, warmth, and clarity
• planning and implementing inspiring teaching
• documenting and following up on children's learning processes
• contributing to the organization's systematic quality work through reflection and analysis

Within the Preschool Administration, we offer free pedagogical lunches, work clothes, and as a preschool teacher, you also have an average of five hours of planning time per week. We also provide a trained mentor if you are new to the profession, as well as opportunities for further education and collegial learning.
