Here you will meet approximately 320 students and 50 dedicated colleagues who together create a safe, inclusive, and educational environment. Our school is located close to nature in Rävlanda, with good commuting options from both Gothenburg and Borås.

With us, you will work in a work culture characterized by care, responsibility, and respect, where collaboration and engagement are natural parts of everyday life. Through our work with the evidence-based model PALS, you will receive tools and support to both develop yourself and contribute to the best possible conditions for the students. At Rävlandaskolan, we have two after-school departments, F - 1 and 2 - 3, which work together but also separately.

Do you want to be part of a team that supports each other and where your contribution really makes a difference? Then Rävlandaskolan is the right place for you!

Your Mission

You are a present and positive adult who helps students develop both knowledge and skills – in a learning environment that combines care and teaching according to the intentions of Lgr 22.

Requirements for the Position

  • Teaching degree with a focus on after-school programs, or another teaching qualification with eligibility to teach in after-school programs.
  • Good knowledge of the assignment according to Lgr 22 and an interest in working goal-oriented within the after-school program's activities.
  • Ability to create safe and relationally strong learning environments.
  • Good collaboration skills and a willingness to work closely together in teams and across grade boundaries.
  • Good communicative ability in spoken and written Swedish.

Meritorious

  • Knowledge of and experience working with evidence-based school models for preventive and health-promoting work (e.g., PALS).
  • Experience in planning, leading, and following up teaching in after-school programs in accordance with the curriculum.

To obtain employment, a certificate from the police's criminal record must be presented.

Your Personal Qualities Are Important to Us
