About the role

As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, inspirer, and energy spreader. Your task is to convey the joy of training, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them long to come back.

You should feel confident taking the stage, sharing yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.

We offer you:

• Training in the concept – we cover that!

• A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest.

• A workplace filled with commitment, development, and joy of training.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Hold 1–2 fixed classes per week.

• Be available morning, day, evening, or weekend (depending on needs). Preferably lunchtime.

Who are you?

You do not need to be a trained instructor beforehand – we will train you! The most important thing is that you:

• Have a passion for group training and fitness in general.

• Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others.

• Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude.

• Are reliable, engaged, and want to develop with us.
