In this role, you will work with teaching both science subjects and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct teaching in science subjects and mathematics
• Develop stimulating and educational teaching moments that spark students' curiosity and interest in science and mathematics
• Use varied teaching methods to reach all students
• Assess and document students' knowledge development
• Collaborate with colleagues and school management to support students' development
• Be a safe adult and role model for students
• You work together with your colleagues as the school's staff is organized in teams where teachers, after-school teachers, and student health collaborate to ensure that students' entire day is positive.

Qualifications

• Certified teacher with qualifications in science subjects and mathematics
• Experience teaching science and mathematics at the middle school or high school level is an advantage
• Ability to create positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Creative and solution-oriented
• Good communication skills, you speak and communicate fluently in Swedish
• You have good insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and have a good ability to implement these practically in daily work
• Success in the role is measured by
• Developing inspiring teaching moments that increase students' interest in science and mathematics
• Creating a safe and engaging learning environment for all students
• Establishing good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• Contributing to the development of subject teaching together with your colleagues

• Permanent employment with start date as agreed, beginning with a 6-month probationary period
