We are Sweden's largest elite sports high school and have a close collaboration with Bernadottegymnasiet.

Together, the schools have about 1300 students, of which approximately half are elite sports students. One of our missions is to provide these sports talents with excellent opportunities to combine elite training and studies. Students at Katrinelundsgymnasiet and Bernadottegymnasiet study in the sales and service, economics, social sciences, technology, and natural sciences programs. We also have hearing classes. At our schools, you will meet engaged and knowledgeable colleagues and students.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for two vocational teachers and APL coordinators for our newly started and certified program Sales and Service, which started in conjunction with the autumn semester of 2025.

You support, motivate, and stimulate students to achieve their knowledge goals based on their individual conditions. You work together with teaching colleagues and other staff to ensure that our students and staff have a good learning and working climate. Mentorship for a class is also included.

The positions are permanent, full-time. You will be employed at Katrinelundsgymnasiet, but it may also be relevant to work towards Bernadottegymnasiet.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced vocational teacher with a vocational teacher's degree and the qualification to teach sales and service, preferably with a focus on meetings and events. You have solid professional competence and current industry experience in the field.

As an APL coordinator, you have experience in planning, coordinating, and developing workplace-based learning. You create good relationships with both students and employers to ensure qualitative and meaningful internship periods. A driver's license is an advantage.

You have good digital competence and use digital tools in your planning and teaching. You gain energy from contributing to others' learning and create conditions for learning to take place. With your pedagogical ability, you can explain problems and information in a way that is adapted to different recipients and perspectives. You encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement.

Since this is a newly started program, we value creativity and a solution-oriented attitude, which means that you can quickly change your perspective and approach.

You work well with others by listening, showing interest, and respect. You understand the common mission and work to make it as good as possible. You have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment without being dependent on others.
