Description

In the Stångenäs district, there is an F-6 school located in Brastad and an F-3 school located in Brodalen, Lysekil municipality.

The schools are situated in beautiful nature, and a sports hall is available adjacent to Stångenässkolan in Brastad and a gymnasium in Bro school. The staff is organized into different teams, after-school care, F-3, and 4-6. Come and be a part of our wonderful team!

About 300 students and 40 educators work at the schools. Approximately 100 students are enrolled in the after-school care at Stångenässkolan and about 45 students at Bro school. The after-school care at Stångenässkolan is organized into two departments, younger students and older students.

Ongoing development work includes, for example, conscious break activities.

Job Responsibilities

As a teaching assistant/teacher substitute/after-school substitute, you are responsible for implementing the planning you receive. The work involves close contact between colleagues, children, and guardians.

You may be needed as support for a student/student group during school hours/after-school hours, or alternatively conduct teaching based on your competence and education.

Positions are available at Stångenässkolan Brastad and at Bro school in Brodalen.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following:

• You have the ability to start from each student's needs and conditions and are a clear leader and a positive adult role model.
• You find it easy to collaborate, create relationships, and be clear in dialogue with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• You are positive and see opportunities and solutions instead of obstacles and have good digital skills.
• We expect you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• We place great importance on personal suitability as well as experience from previous work in school and after-school activities.
