About the position We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for our client who will be responsible for the entire order cycle, from quotation and order to delivery. The position involves close collaboration with the sales team and other departments to ensure a first-class customer experience. You will handle customer inquiries, administer orders and deliveries, and support the company in improving processes and workflows.
In this role, you will be employed by Wrknest and work as a consultant for the client, a technology company focused on innovative solutions and high service quality.
Your future tasks As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
- Ensure a high customer experience by supporting and communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Be responsible for order management, including creating quotes, following up on deliveries, and account management.
- Coordinate trial equipment, including deliveries, returns, and reporting of key metrics.
- Assist with repairs, invoicing, returns, and credit notes in collaboration with the finance department.
- Contribute to improving and updating internal processes.
We are looking for someone who To succeed in this role, you should have:
- High school education.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar tasks within customer service or order management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems, preferably Visma Proceedo and Salesforce.
We also see that you are a team player with good organizational skills and a strong sense of customer focus.
Additional information
- Start: Immediately.
- Location: Stockholm.
- Scope: Full-time, working hours 08:00–17:00.
- Employment type: Temporary, 9 months with the possibility of extension.
