About the role
We are looking for someone who wants to help build the business in commercial management! Here, we love making deals, and together we manage commercial properties, rental apartments, and housing cooperatives throughout Stockholm County.
As a commercial fee and rent manager, you will be responsible for the administration of rents and fees, registration of lease agreements, and renting out garages and parking spaces for our clients, who are commercial and private property owners. You will primarily be in contact with property owners and tenants, where your focus is on building long-term relationships with all parties. As a challenger with us, you will have the opportunity to be an important part of the work to find new and better solutions and develop our work processes that make us even better. If you want to become a process owner or superuser, there is nothing stopping you. Last but not least, your everyday life will consist of a large dose of customer contact – which I believe you will find the most enjoyable aspect of this position!
In the role of commercial fee and rent manager, you will belong to a team of 20 people where you and a colleague are responsible for the commercial clients. Together, you will also belong to an interdisciplinary team with various professions in the house that work towards our commercial clients.

Qualifications
To take on the role, we see that you have:
- Education in economics or property management with a focus on economics (YH, university, or similar)
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the commercial property segment (e.g., retail or office)
- Good knowledge of the administration of commercial lease agreements, including turnover and property tax reconciliations, short-term agreements (e.g., pop-up agreements), and lease agreements.
- Experience interpreting boundary lists, rent supplements (e.g., rent supplements for security, waste management, marketing, and special provisions)
- Experience interpreting different index models depending on the type of supplement.
It is an advantage if you have experience constructing various types of commercial lease agreements, interpreting termination documents, and have an understanding of rental law related to agreements. We also prefer that you have experience with account reconciliations and ongoing bookkeeping. If you have also worked advisory regarding market trends and are familiar with Unit4/PM, it is a plus.
