Are you a social and service-oriented person with extra everything? Then this might be something for you! We are currently looking for someone who wants to work extra as a receptionist for 2 of our clients in central Gothenburg. We prefer that you are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50%.

We are looking for someone who enjoys varied tasks with a focus on reception and internal service, which means being a jack-of-all-trades in the office.

• Internal admin service
• Welcoming colleagues/customers
• Event and meeting preparations
• Handling emails and packages
• Food and coffee preparations

Varies depending on the client's needs.

Work schedule: We cannot guarantee you any days in advance; in this position, you will be called in when our client has expressed their need. This can range from 1 day a month to 3 days or more. During the summer months, there will be more days when you will be called in for one of them.

Your profile

• You need to have good collaboration and communication skills and be flexible.
• You are comfortable with both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Experience from a similar role or tasks is an advantage.
• Have another main occupation of at least 50% or be a student.

You will work for two of our clients with similar tasks, both located centrally, so there are good connections. The location of the offices in the city center gives you access to a wide range of lunch options and good transport links. The employees at both offices are super friendly, and you will be well taken care of.

You will be employed as a consultant at Temp-Team. As a consultant, you will be offered contractual terms and a personal contact to ensure that you settle well into your workplace.
