Accounts Payable Assistant

What does the role entail?

In the role focused on accounts payable, you will have an independent and important task in everyday life. You will work closely with the team and be the one who ensures that the flows are correct, routines are followed, and that we have a safe and stable supplier process. Here, you will be able to use both your accuracy and your desire to create order.

You will join a team that is eager to share experiences and support each other, where your contribution is quickly noticed. We are looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, likes to find smooth solutions, and wants to help develop our ways of working moving forward.

The position is a temporary employment until the end of September, with start as soon as possible.

You will primarily work with:

• Registering and managing incoming supplier invoices
• Reconciliation of accounts and payments
• Assisting in monthly and annual closings
• Being a support function for the rest of the organization in matters related to accounts payable

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in accounts payable who feels comfortable with the entire process, from registration to payment and reconciliations. You are structured, solution-oriented, and appreciate working in a role where you can both collaborate and take responsibility.

You contribute positive energy, are happy to share your knowledge, and see the value in building strong internal relationships. When the pace picks up, you are the one who maintains focus and finds ways forward.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience in similar work
• The ability to work in a structured, accurate, and independent manner
• A positive and service-oriented attitude and enjoy working in a team
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
