OIO, in collaboration with our partner, is seeking a driven Accounts Payable Assistant. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and has an eye for detail, while being committed to improving and creating efficient financial flows.

About the position

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be a central part of the accounting department, focusing on accounts payable. You will be part of the accounts payable team – an area that is both volume-intensive and technically complex at our partner's company.

In summary, you will work with:

• Distributing invoices
• Contacting the organization regarding supplier invoices
• Preparing payments for supplier invoices
• Contacting suppliers
• Actively contributing to improvement and development work around the invoice flow

We are looking for someone who

• Has a post-secondary education in finance and several years of experience in accounting
• Has good knowledge of financial systems and Excel and is accustomed to working in multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
• Is curious to learn more and wants to understand how the invoice flows are interconnected.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

We are particularly looking for a person who is goal-oriented, organized, and responsible, and has a solution-oriented approach to work. You are a team player with good collaboration skills and a strong drive to deliver results.

It is advantageous if you have worked with Medius and/or Scala.

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO starting in March 2026. The assignment is initially a consulting position with the ambition to transition to employment with our partner, provided both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
