As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our customers via phone, email, and social media
  • Handling returns and complaints
  • Being part of an engaged team where we have fun at work!

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a service hero and enjoys customer contact
  • Has experience in customer service or the service industry (McDonald's, retail, newspaper delivery – you know what it takes!)
  • Is computer literate and quick to learn new systems
  • Is driven by clear goals and enjoys achieving them
  • Is structured and communicative
  • Has documented experience working remotely and meeting set goals
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and Finnish
  • English proficiency in speaking and writing is a requirement

If you also have experience with SAP, consumer purchase laws, or GDPR, we would be extra happy!

The position is a permanent employment with an initial 6-month probation period. Work can be scheduled on weekdays and holidays based on the organization's needs.
