We at Astrio Entreprenad are looking for a Customer Bookings / Customer Support (German-speaking)!

About the role

In this position, you will be an important link between our project teams and our customers in Germany. You will be responsible for customer dialogue regarding bookings, times, and practical information, as well as ensuring that cases and tasks are registered correctly in our systems.

The role suits you who enjoy service, are comfortable with phone and email as work tools, and work in a structured manner even when the pace is high.

Responsibilities

• Book customers for planned work and installations
• Handle customer support via phone and email (primarily in German)
• Communicate with residents, property owners, and other stakeholders
• Manage incoming inquiries, changes, and rescheduling
• Ensure correct customer and project-related registration
• Update systems with status, customer information, and booking documentation
• Support project managers and production with administrative documentation

Who are you?

You are service-oriented, clear in your communication, and enjoy working in a structured way. You are confident in customer contact and can handle many cases simultaneously without losing quality.

We believe you have

• Experience in customer bookings, customer support, or administrative work
• Fluent German in speech and writing (requirement)
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Experience working in various systems and handling customer cases
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented

Meritorious

• Experience from construction, fiber, telecommunications, or civil engineering
• Experience working in a project environment with many bookings and deadlines
• Swedish and/or English (a plus, but not a requirement)
• Experience with CRM, booking systems, or case management systems
