We are now looking for an economics student who is excited to work part-time during the spring semester and possibly over the summer for our partner. To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate structured work, be meticulous, and enjoy taking responsibility. You will work about two days a week with flexible hours.

About the position

In this role, you will work closely with the finance department and support an important change initiative related to the company's e-commerce platform. In connection with a system change, a larger number of transactions and sales orders need to be handled manually to ensure correct accounting.

Your main tasks will include:

• Identifying orders and transactions that have been incorrectly handled in the system
• Correcting, moving, and entering these manually into the correct flow
• Ensuring that information is handled correctly and in a structured manner
• Contributing to ongoing quality and order in the process

We are looking for someone who

• Is studying at a post-secondary level in economics and can work about 2 days a week
• Has good system skills and an interest in economic processes
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience with finance-related tasks. It is also a plus if you have previously worked in the Scala system and/or Excel.

As a person, you need to be structured, meticulous, and responsible in your work approach. You enjoy working methodically, have an eye for detail, and appreciate order and tidiness. To succeed in this role, it is also important that you are unpretentious, curious, and have a positive attitude.

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant at OIO and work part-time.
