HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at Marenor, you will play a role close to the business, supporting our managers and driving HR and workplace environment issues that contribute to both development and long-term sustainability. You may currently be working in HR administration and are curious about taking the next step, as this role involves both administration and other HR assignments.

About the Role

In this role, you will support our managers in both Kungshamn and Lysekil. You will work broadly with labor law, workplace environment, and union collaboration while contributing to the development of our HR processes. You will report to the HR manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Advising managers on labor law, agreements, and HR-related issues
• Ensuring compliance with collective agreements, labor law, and internal policies
• Administering training and training needs
• Recruiting production staff
• Ensuring that HR and payroll systems are continuously maintained and updated
• Working with change processes, labor law cases, and workplace environment and rehabilitation work

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR/personnel or equivalent, as well as experience in workplace environment, rehabilitation, and recruitment. You are confident in your advisory role, have good system skills, and communicate fluently in Swedish. You are technically inclined and easily adapt to new computer systems.
