Responsibilities

As a Financial Manager at RLM, you will be responsible for the company's accounting and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the financial area. You will also work on producing financial reports and other decision-making materials for management and owners. Additionally, you will provide administrative support and be responsible for the management system, which is the heart of the operation.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable and payable.
• Ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and annual financial statements, annual reports.
• Analysis and monitoring of key figures, results, and profitability.
• Tax returns, tax and VAT management, etc.
• Financial reports and other decision-making materials.
• Payroll administration, contact with banks, auditors, etc.
• Documentation in the management system, coordination of internal/external audits, etc.
• Order administration and general office tasks that may arise in a smaller company.

You will work closely with the business and report to the CEO. You will also be part of an interesting and valuable network of qualified economists working in various companies within the PrimoTech Group. You will be based at the office adjacent to the factory in Västra Tunhem outside Trollhättan, with some remote work possible.

Background/Experience

We are looking for someone who thrives in a broad and operational role where you can take significant responsibility in close collaboration with others. We believe you have previously worked with similar tasks, preferably in a smaller manufacturing company.

As a person, you are strongly service-oriented, structured, and meticulous. You have documented good knowledge in accounting. You also need to have a certain technical interest and a high digital maturity, so you can understand the business and drive the development of systems and processes. You express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
