Create sustainable everyday life with us! We are now looking for an administrator with a focus on planning for home care services in the urban areas of Fiskebäck, Tynnered, Askim, and Southern Archipelago.

In our administration, we invest in home care services and recognize that our employees are crucial for our success. Your mission as an administrator with a focus on planning is to ensure that we manage the systems and processes we work within in the best way possible. You will support your colleagues, unit managers for the operations, and care staff. In your work, you will create the conditions for a well-planned operation supported by digital planning and follow-up systems.

Your workplace is located at our home care offices. You belong to the Unit for Support and Planning (ESP), with several colleagues working on similar assignments and having a common manager. The tasks may vary, but primarily the position involves the following:

• Receive assignments in the operational system Treserva delegated by the manager
• Coordinate to some extent for daily operations and maintain staffing planning based on the operational staffing requirements
• Personnel administration
• Collaborate and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare statistics and reports regarding ongoing staffing at the request of the manager
• Receive calls from care recipients, social workers, etc.

About You

Requirements

• High school education
• Experience and/or knowledge in the personnel or economic field, e.g., regarding working environment, staffing planning, working hours
• Experience in similar work
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Computer skills and IT knowledge

Meritorious

• Education in administration within health and care and functional support
• Experience with home care operational systems such as Time Care Planning, Treserva, and Welfare
