JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a personal assistant means that you support the user with both care and activities for participation in society both inside and outside the home.

The days are structured according to the users' needs and implementation plan. In some operations, there are technical aids such as lifts. The work as a personal assistant requires that you are self-sufficient and responsible as you will work alone with the user during parts or all of your shift.

Working hours can be scheduled for days, evenings, nights, and awake on-call. Some workplaces also have day shifts with on-call addendum J agreements.

Working as a support assistant or support aide in daily activities means that you participate in the daily work together with users who have been granted the daily activities service. We work according to a clarifying pedagogy that aims to make the environment as clear and predictable as possible.

Care tasks occur based on the user's needs. Each user has an individual implementation plan. Together with other staff, you are responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing the operations. The tasks also include documentation, both individually and together with other staff. You are expected to actively participate in change work and are expected to work solution-focused from different aspects for the users' best. You should contribute to creating meaning and security for our users.

Working hours are daytime on weekdays in daily activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a substitute within LSS, we prefer that you have completed the healthcare and nursing or child and leisure program in high school, or you have previous experience in the field.

As an employee with us, you work with the individual in focus, which makes it important that you are attentive, have a good approach, and have the ability to take initiative. You communicate with both users/participants, colleagues, supervisors, and relatives, which means you need to be able to understand someone else's situation/perspective. As a colleague, you are expected to collaborate and contribute to a good work environment where all employees take responsibility and support each other.

A driver's license is a great advantage.
