We are looking for engaged and service-oriented individuals who are interested in working as a mobile receptionist! Are you a person with a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and excellent communication skills? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Responsibilities for the role will include, among other things:

Welcoming visitors and handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Managing bookings of meeting rooms and conference facilities.
Handling mail and courier services as well as other administrative tasks.
Supporting other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
Contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere at the reception.

To be considered for the position, you should be available to work 2-3 days a week, but there is an opportunity to work multiple days a week if interested. You may be scheduled for shifts in advance, but the majority of shifts will be called in from 6:00 AM in the morning. The working hours are office hours on weekdays, and the position is long-term, so we see that you have at least 1 year left of your studies, but more is meritorious.

Please note that evening or weekend work is not offered.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is studying or has another primary occupation of at least 50% and has at least one year left in their studies.
Previous experience working in a reception or similar service-oriented role is meritorious.
Good computer skills and the ability to manage various administrative systems.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
