Are you a driven and structured finance assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking someone interested in working within the education unit at the Operational Support Quality and Research and Development Unit within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area (SLSO) with a strong focus on quality, development, and well-being.
The position is located in pleasant offices in Stockholm at Torsplan and offers a stimulating environment with colleagues and a well-functioning team.
About the Role
In this role, you will be an important part of the education unit, where you will primarily work with follow-up and invoicing of ST (Specialist Training) and BT (Basic Training) as well as inventory of ST and BT once a year. You will play a key role in ensuring that processes run smoothly. You will manage the flow of invoices and be responsible for maintaining and developing routines. Your role also involves liaising with healthcare operations regarding invoicing.
You will work closely with colleagues in the education unit and contribute your expertise and initiative to develop and streamline working methods and processes.
About You
You are a high school graduate in economics with a focus on accounting and have at least a few years of experience in finance with invoicing and follow-up. You enjoy working in a structured and meticulous manner, have a strong sense of service, and like solving problems. Experience with the invoicing system Raindance is a merit.
You are a communicative team player who finds it easy to build good relationships with both our operations and colleagues. Your desire to contribute to a positive and engaged work environment is an obvious part of your personality. We place great importance on personal qualities.

- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-certified staff with patient contact.
