Veho is rapidly expanding in the Swedish market and has recently made a significant acquisition. To meet the needs of the growing organization, we are now looking for an HR Business Partner focusing on Commercial Vehicles Sweden.

As an HR Business Partner, you play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and processes in line with Veho Group's guidelines. In close collaboration with management and supervisors, you act as both a strategic partner and operational support in matters related to personnel and organizational development, focusing on building a strong and inclusive corporate culture. In this role, you will also drive change initiatives and ensure a smooth integration of processes following company acquisitions. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Vehicles Sweden and will be based at the office in Sickla, Stockholm. Travel to our facilities in Sweden is included.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR processes and the HR annual cycle for Commercial Vehicles Sweden.
  • Drive change initiatives related to growth and integration of the acquired facilities, focusing on harmonizing processes and creating a unified corporate culture.
  • Ensure that HR policies and guidelines are up-to-date and adhered to.
  • Support managers in labor law, rehabilitation, difficult conversations, leadership, and recruitment.
  • Be responsible for onboarding processes and ensure a smooth introduction of new employees.
  • Manage union negotiations and collaborate with union representatives.
  • Conduct salary mapping, support during salary revisions, and analyze HR data.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and achieve high scores in Great Place to Work surveys.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An academic degree in HR.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a medium or large organization.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish labor law.
  • Experience working in companies with collective agreements and union representation.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience from the automotive industry is a plus.
