Firstcom currently operates in Denmark, the UK, Germany, Spain, and Sweden, with 230 employees across 13 offices and a revenue of 550 million SEK. Firstcom is also expanding into other European markets shortly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings with new and existing customers to present our telecom and IT solutions.
• Actively seek out and qualify potential customers in the market.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term business development.
• Support the sales team by preparing presentations and demonstration meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and effective solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in appointment setting and customer relations, preferably within telecom, IT, or SaaS.
• Is skilled at creating and nurturing business relationships.
• Has good communication skills and is results-oriented.
• Is self-driven but also values teamwork and collaboration.
• Has a good understanding of digital solutions and how they can benefit business customers.
