In the role of Tech Support Agent at Nordic Infucare, you will encounter several user-specific cases and you will be the expert on Nordic Infucare's products. You will be the user's first support when they have questions about their technical equipment, and phone, email, and digital web forms will be your main working tools. During periods of lower activity, you will use your solution-oriented side to evaluate, optimize, and continuously improve processes to create a more efficient way of working. Your main tasks will be:

• Handle user-specific cases via phone, email, and web forms.
• Be Nordic Infucare's spearhead when it comes to technical support.
• Be responsible for the entire complaint flow.
• Continuously review and optimize/streamline work processes.

In this role, you will handle support cases via phone and email, which places high demands on your communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish, Danish & English.

Candidate Profile

This position is suitable for you who are studying at a university or have another part-time job at the moment. You have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a structured and independent manner. You will work with varied tasks and sometimes multiple commitments at the same time, but always with a high level of quality. It is of great importance that you, as an applicant, enjoy working in a team as you and your colleagues help each other to solve the day's tasks.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, service-minded, and communicative with both colleagues and users. You are solution-oriented and can prioritize when urgent situations arise while being meticulous and appreciating the importance of details.

To succeed in the role of Tech Support Agent, you need to have a good technical understanding, possess good knowledge of the Office suite, and be curious to learn everything about Nordic Infucare's products. You must also speak fluent Swedish, Danish, and English.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken & written Danish.
• Can work at least 8h/week.
• Can work full-time during the holiday period.

Other

Start: Immediately.
Scope: Part-time approx. 8h/week, then full-time during the holiday period.
Working hours: According to agreement Monday to Sunday, between 7-22, most shifts are between 8-17 on weekdays. Remote work possible by agreement.
Location: Stockholm, Alvik.
