Job Description

We are currently seeking a junior payroll administrator for our client Vattenfall in Solna, with an immediate start!

We are looking for someone with a YH education in payroll who is ready to step into their first professional role in payroll. Ideally, you have experience from LIA or another type of workplace-based learning.

Here, you will join the existing payroll team and work with payroll administrative tasks such as payroll preparation, handling payroll-related issues, quality controls, reconciliations, taxes, and system-related tasks within payroll. The role also includes quality assurance and development of processes and working methods. This is a consulting assignment via Randstad Finance for a duration of 11 months, with good opportunities for further extension thereafter.

Responsibilities

You will receive a tailored introduction based on your prior experience. You will then learn the company's processes by taking on cases one by one and being introduced to the role. You will work with payroll administrative tasks such as payroll preparation, handling payroll-related issues, quality controls, reconciliations, taxes, and system-related tasks within payroll. The role also includes quality assurance and development of processes and working methods.

Qualifications

YH education in payroll

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in SAP or other larger payroll systems or have experience with the case management system Service Now.
