Responsibilities

• provide the company's staff with a pleasant reception and good service
• perform simpler administrative tasks such as mail handling and email management
• receive error reports and resolve situations with a high level of service
• ensure that common areas look presentable
• handle mail and parcel management/goods reception
• perform technical troubleshooting and simpler repairs
• assist with moving, rearranging, and assembly
• order office supplies
• clean, refill coffee machines and pantries

The position also means that you will work in our clients' receptions, where your main task is to welcome employees and guests and provide them with excellent service. In addition, you will handle phone calls, manage meeting room bookings, and ensure they are prepared for meetings.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience in service professions
