Our Mission:

Are you looking for a role where payroll administration is combined with various administrative tasks? At Avanzera, we are seeking a humble and service-oriented Payroll Administrator for a privately-owned project and installation company in Hammarby Sjöstad. The position is part-time at 50% and will last for at least one year.

As this is a consulting assignment, you will be employed by us at Avanzera, and your workplace will be at our client's location. Responsibilities:

The company has a family-like and supportive work environment with a focus on quality, environment, and tailored solutions for its customers. In the office, you will become part of an engaged team, where your role combines independent responsibility with opportunities for collaboration. The position involves approximately 4 hours of work per day, with flexibility to choose morning or afternoon shifts. The start date is at the end of February 2025.

Your main responsibilities: This role gives you the opportunity to combine payroll management with a range of other administrative tasks:

  • Payroll Administration: Manage monthly salaries for approximately 50 employees in Visma Lön, ensure that payroll data is reported correctly in the Next tool, and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
  • Personnel Administration: Assist with the management of employment contracts, leave requests, and vacation planning.
  • Financial Administration: Handle supplier invoices and other simpler financial tasks.

Other Administration:

  • Order access cards, ID badges, fuel cards, and mobile subscriptions.
  • Manage expenses and receipts from staff.
  • Order office supplies and receive incoming calls and deliveries.
  • Support employees as needed, for example with invoicing and email management.

Your Background:

  • Experience in payroll administration, preferably in Visma Lön.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and financial administration.
  • Service-oriented with good collaboration skills.
