About the role

As a Production Engineer, you will be a key person in developing and maintaining our production equipment. Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing, building, testing, and maintaining production equipment.
• Developing new production methods.
• Troubleshooting deviations in the production process.
• Supporting production technical issues and being a resource for the entire organization.
• Managing and updating documentation for clarity and traceability.
• Driving improvement projects within our production.
• Working on continuous improvements together with the quality, development, and production departments.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a passion for technology and an eye for finding smart solutions. To thrive in this role, we believe you:

• Have an engineering degree, preferably in mechatronics or similar relevant education/experience.
• Have a broad technical understanding and a strong interest in production equipment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who is either newly graduated or has a few years of experience in maintenance, design of production equipment, or perhaps you currently work as a production engineer, designer, or in troubleshooting and are ready for the next step in your career. You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and unpretentious, and you have experience working towards deadlines.
