We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Mechanics for our client in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start in January 2025 and run until August 31, 2026.

About the assignment

For a temporary position with our client, we are looking for a consultant who has experience as a maintenance engineer or has had similar responsibilities. As a maintenance engineer, you will develop maintenance strategies in the mechanical area concerning preventive, condition-based, and improvement maintenance. Responsibilities include, among others:

• prioritizing maintenance to fit within the budget both short and long term
• assisting with the procurement of maintenance services
• planning overhaul work
• responsible for quality review
• updating the maintenance system, etc.
• budget responsibility

Scope: full-time

Location: Stockholm, Hässelby

Employment type: Employed by Devotum as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.

About you

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Worked as a maintenance engineer or had equivalent responsibilities for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of pressure vessels and the legislation that applies to them
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience in setting up maintenance in business systems, e.g., Maximo, IFs, or similar
