Job Description The role of the lead architect involves closely collaborating with the responsible architect to plan, dimension, and project (program documentation) for each depot, aiming to create a functional, robust, long-term sustainable, and well-designed environment. The role entails taking primary responsibility for the practical work of producing documents and independently holding work meetings with other technical areas to gather necessary information.

The architects have overarching responsibility towards other technical areas in the project, which requires good collaborative skills.

In your role as a lead architect, an overarching perspective is required to create solutions consisting of a combination of incoming requirements and wishes in a project, including technical, functional, economic, aesthetic, and humanistic aspects.

Examples of tasks and responsibilities:-Develop Room Function Programs and drawings for each depot. Drawing work is done in Autodesk Revit.-Prepare internal materials and sketches for discussion/progress of the project.-Participate in internal workshops and meetings to anchor the products with the organization.-Independently hold work meetings within the project group.-Assist in external meetings with the municipality together with the project manager.-Work based on the client's internal requirements and guidelines for depot design.-Continuously report status to the responsible architect/project manager according to TKI.

The tasks are sometimes event-driven and can change, which places high demands on flexibility and adaptability.

Mandatory RequirementsEducation from an Architecture School or equivalent 10 years of work experience as an architect.Minimum 10 years of documented work experience as an architect.Present 3 projects as lead architect in assignments for the development of A-documents for investigation/pre-study/program phase regarding logistics, storage, or depot facilities.Present 2 projects as lead architect in the development of A-documents in system documentation/construction documentation/tender documents for logistics, storage, or depot facilities.Minimum 5 projects completed in Autodesk Revit or equivalent software.

Value-Added RequirementsPresent 1 project from the development of A-documents (program, system, or construction documents).Present 1 project from the development of A-documents (program, system, or construction documents) for the renovation of an existing facility/property from at least one project.2 years of documented experience in architectural assignments (as a consultant or employee) for a public authority.

Extension options: The client has the option to extend the contract period with existing contractual terms for an additional 1+1+1 year. The scope of the assignment: 20 hours per week. Option to increase the scope of the assignment. The client has the right to increase up to 100% of the assignment's scope in hours per week. However, the scope of the assignment may never exceed 40 hours per week.
