About the Role

CellMax Technologies is now seeking an engaged project manager for our R&D team in Kista. Here you will have the opportunity to combine your ability to create structure and drive projects with close collaboration with our development teams and other departments. We develop and produce high-performance antennas using patented technology that has made us world leaders - and now we want you to be part of our success.

In the role of project manager, you will be responsible for leading projects within product development, new technology, and optimization of existing products. You will plan and structure the work, ensure that the right resources are in place, and that projects are executed according to set goals. The work involves close collaboration with our development engineers, technical experts, and other departments such as marketing, purchasing, and production. Your ability to coordinate and create consensus will be crucial in driving projects forward and achieving success.

About You

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a post-secondary education or equivalent experience, as well as at least five years of experience leading development projects, preferably within product development. Experience from industries involving hardware, advanced systems, or technology-related projects is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader, with the ability to engage and motivate others. Your structured work style and clear communication enable you to manage complex projects and create security within the team. At the same time, you have a curiosity and openness to learn about new technologies and working methods, which allows you to quickly immerse yourself in the CellMax world.
