The Speciality Engineering section delivers commitments and products in the area of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) covering the entire lifecycle, from development, design, through operational phase to delivery.
In the section, one works both independently and in teams. In the role, one also works in detail, analytically, structured, and methodically with a strong focus on results.
The assignment will last for a longer period. The work takes place within various projects, with guidance from experienced colleagues. Over time, one will act more and more independently, but will still be part of a team.
Initially, one is stationed at Saab in Järfälla, but we will move to Solna at the end of 2025.
Job Description
As a Logistics Analyst, you will analyze, develop, evaluate, and improve the performance of complex technical systems. You will also improve products and systems based on availability, reliability, system safety, cost, and customer needs in all lifecycle phases.
You will work throughout the business process from the design of maintenance systems, through the product's lifecycle. The work is project-based and varied with many points of contact.
The daily work involves collaborating with various technical competencies, project managers, product managers, and purchasers. This also means that you can participate early in the business process with our marketing department to ensure that we quote and deliver profitable support solutions.
The work provides an opportunity to develop a good product knowledge as you will work with:
-Development of cost-effective maintenance concepts and trade-offs within various products.
-Work with requirements specification, monitoring, and analysis of operational data and maintenance costs.
-Analyzing customer requirements and needs regarding Operational Reliability and Life Cycle Cost (LCC).
-Analyses such as Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA), LCC, and Life Support Cost (LSC).
-Modeling and simulation to support meeting requirements for availability, efficiency, and cost.
-Calculation/optimization of spare parts and maintenance resources.
Consultant Profile:
-You should be structured, have analytical skills, and be able to see both the big picture and the details.
-Various relevant education and experiences that may be suitable for the assignment. A significant plus for experience in the ILS and logistics analysis area.
-You need to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
Other:
The assignment involves work that is subject to defense secrecy. Therefore, it is required that you undergo and are approved in a security clearance conducted by the authority. Swedish citizenship is required.
