Project Administrator Wanted in Kista

We are now looking for a project administrator for our client in Kista who will support project managers with document management, purchasing administration, and invoicing. We are looking for someone with experience in similar work and knowledge of SAP. The assignment is full-time starting in February. Welcome with your application!

We are seeking an experienced project administrator to strengthen our client's team. The role involves a variety of administrative and coordinating tasks within project support. More specifically, you will work with:

Document Management: Manage and organize project documents and update instructions and templates.
Purchasing Administration/Invoicing: Handle purchasing processes and invoicing tasks.
Project Follow-up: Time reporting, controls, and updating schedules.
Project Coordination: Support project managers in project execution, conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance, prepare materials for project reviews, update project cost adjustments in SAP or other project control systems, and monitor, control, and release billing requests.

Qualifications:

Several years of experience in supporting administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing business and/or systems project delivery.
Knowledge of SAP and document management systems.
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
