Mysafety was founded in 1999 and has since challenged the insurance market with innovative solutions for old and new crimes and risks. Mysafety has been a leader in the Nordic region in Fraud and ID protection insurance since 2008, when Mysafety invented ID protection. We also work with strategic partnerships offering Cancellation Insurance, Parking Insurance, and PPI. Mysafety AB is focused on the Nordic market with a strong presence in Sweden and Finland, operations in Norway, and authorization in Denmark. 

About the Position

As a claims adjuster at Mysafety, you will play a key role in creating security for their customers.

You will be responsible for the entire claims process – from the first contact to closure – and will guide the customer through the claims journey. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a role where structure and empathy go hand in hand.

You will be an important part of our Claims team, which consists of seven driven employees. Together with the team – and in close collaboration with underwriting and legal – you will create value for both the customer and the company.

At Mysafety, you will have a varied everyday life where you will, among other things:

• Adjust claims for the entire insurance portfolio: Affinity, PPI, and Fraud Insurance
• Independently manage and make decisions in claims according to applicable terms and legislation
• Deliver first-class customer service via email, phone, and letter
• Conduct investigations into fraud and identity theft
• Be an advisory voice internally and share insights from a claims perspective
• Contribute to the development of routines and processes through cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications and Characteristics

We are looking for someone who is an unpretentious and secure team player who thrives in a social and accepting group. You are structured, flexible, adaptable, and able to meet different types of people.

We want you to have:

• Relevant education in insurance/claims adjustment or work experience we consider equivalent
• Good communication skills and a strong drive to collaborate
• Fluent language skills in Finnish, Swedish, and English – both spoken and written
