Signalisten is Solna city's public housing foundation. Together with our wholly owned subsidiary Solnabostäder, we own and manage approximately 4000 apartments, about 5000 parking spaces, and around 300 commercial premises in properties throughout Solna.

Project Coordinator

We need to strengthen our organization with a project coordinator. The role includes coordinating contacts between contractors, tenants, relevant internal functions, and ongoing information in projects, such as project meetings, notifications, or other information. You will also work on requesting tenant approvals from affected tenants, participating in consultation processes, coordinating evacuations, documenting actions in property systems, and other administrative tasks. The position also includes reviewing construction technical documents and liaising with authorities.

We are looking for someone who is driven, independent, and enjoys varied and developing tasks. As a project coordinator, you will belong to the Marketing Department and be part of a team of 15 people.

You are service-oriented and have experience in conflict management, knowledge of contracting and construction technology, as well as knowledge of rental legislation and contract application.

To succeed in this role, you need to create and maintain good relationships, work methodically, and in accordance with established routines and processes.

Qualifications

• Education in law and/or construction technology
• Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry
• Experience in rental issues and knowledge of rental law
• Understanding of economics

It is an advantage if you have experience working in any property system.

You also have good knowledge of the Office suite and are experienced and comfortable working in digital systems. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English and can express yourself easily in both spoken and written forms. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of industry-specific English for the real estate sector. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Working hoursWorking hours Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
