Your Responsibilities

As a Back Office Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the credit department with administrative tasks and customer contact. The position offers varied tasks and is a fantastic opportunity to develop in a dynamic environment.

Tasks:

Handle incoming calls and emails.
Register invoices and manage payments.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with simpler collection cases and accounts payable.
Investigate and resolve unmatched payments.
Support customers with invoice inquiries and manage cases regarding reminders and deferrals.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Is meticulous, service-minded, and professional in communication.
Has experience in service, for example from retail or customer service.
Has a strong interest in economics and the finance industry.
Is self-driven and enjoys a role with many administrative elements.
Has fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in similar work is an advantage but not a requirement. We place the greatest emphasis on your personality and attitude!
