Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) makes 24 million decisions that affect people's lives and society as a whole. Case Management, Customer Contact, and Teamwork

As a case officer at Försäkringskassan's customer meeting for partners, you have an important mission, as you are our partners' first contact with us. You thus contribute to strengthening trust in both Försäkringskassan and the Swedish social insurance system. By partners, we mean, for example, employers, self-employed individuals, and other authorities.

Primarily, you will meet our partners over the phone, but also via email, where you help them identify their needs and get answers to their questions. Since each customer meeting is unique, our partners need to be met based on their specific needs.

An important part of your mission is to inform and provide support in our self-service solutions, to create conditions for our partners to independently manage their cases.

The majority of communication takes place in Swedish, but English is also used.

This is a job for you who want to take responsibility and communicate with people.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness if you are to work with us.

We are looking for someone who

  • has at least 2 years of experience in customer meetings and is very service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a good sense of customer service
  • is accustomed to and enjoys customer meetings over the phone
  • is experienced in information retrieval and can easily navigate between multiple systems simultaneously and has very good system skills
  • has a high school diploma or equivalent experience/qualifications
  • is quality-conscious and goal- and result-oriented
  • has excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • has good pedagogical skills
  • understands and values people's differences.

It is an advantage if you

  • have experience in service-related professions
  • have experience working with decisions that affect individuals
  • are accustomed to teamwork and working together to achieve set goals.

Other

A number of positions, permanent, full-time with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. Försäkringskassan conducts a financial background check before a hiring decision is made. Psychological tests and language tests will be used in this recruitment. For those who proceed after testing, a recruitment seminar with mandatory attendance will be held on February 17 at our premises on Läroverksgatan 19.
