Are you detail-oriented, structured, and interested in finance? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are currently seeking a finance administrator for our client ICA Insurance in Borås.

We are looking for a positive person who is a team player and passionate about finance. We expect you to be reliable, delivering accurate information on time, structured, and have a high work ethic.

Your main task is to handle payments daily that need to be matched against customer invoices, reconcile bank accounts, and post bank transactions. You will need to learn our client's system and have an understanding of accounting. You will also support the ongoing work within the finance function.

• The position is full-time for a temporary contract of about 1 year.
• Employment is through Randstad, and you will be hired out to ICA Insurance.
• The workplace is located in Borås with flexibility for remote work.
• The team is based in Borås and Solna, and you will work closely with two accounting assistants in Borås.

Responsibilities

• The main task is to handle payments daily that need to be matched against customer invoices, reconcile bank accounts, and post bank transactions. You will need to learn our client's system and have an understanding of accounting. 
• Ongoing administrative tasks within the finance function
• Ongoing cash management
• Management of accounts receivable
• Customer invoicing
• Other ad-hoc tasks such as investigations may occur. 

Qualifications

• A strong interest in finance and accounting
• Positive, collaborative, solution-oriented, eager to improve processes, forward-thinking. 
• Detail-oriented, reliable, confident, experienced, independent, analytical, and number-oriented. 
• Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing
